How do I know if my existing phone system is compatible?


 
99% of Telephone Systems have a music-on-hold capability. You may already have a radio or CD player connected to your system in which case we are ready to go. However, as soon as we talk to you we will be able to advise you on any technical issues and can deal with any configuration matters on your behalf. In most cases we handle the complete installation.

How often and how quickly can my productions be updated?


All companies are unique and have different requirements. You can update the recording as often as you like. Approximately 75% of our clients update every couple of months, however if you require more frequent updates our recording studio is available 24/7.

What music can I have?

Our music library covers all tastes in music from classical through to contemporary. Although the music is very much in the background and of secondary importance to the key messages, we will work hard with you to ensure the music chosen reflects your individual business.

What voice-over artists do you use?

We use professional voice-overs with the most popular choice being a combination of male and female together on each recording, although they can be used individually - the choice is entirely yours.

What is the design process?
